Ex admiralty 90 foot mfv-james pottinger plan-mb aug 2013

I'm building this ex admiralty 90 ft MFV from the James Pottinger plan in MB Aug 2013.Can anyone help in assisting with photos of the type of winch these boats used.I understand that after the war they were used as herring/drifters.The scale is 1:40

Hi Doug,
If you search in the gallery there should be photos of at least three of these Admiralty built 90 footers in fairly original guise from the 50's & 60's when they worked from Brixham called Agnes Allen - BM 20, David Allen - BM 10, Elijah Perrett - BM 15. All three went on to work from Newlyn & lasted until around two or three years ago although they were much modified by then.

Martin, thanks for you input.I have tried to access the gallery using these three references but cannot get anything.I'm really at this stage looking for closeup photos of the winch gear as the plan is perhaps not as clear to me as I'd like.Perhaps it's a standard winch as used on other trawlers/drifters?
