Do you know who these crew members are? They are sitting in the beautiful after cabin of the Grimsby steam trawler Virginian. The mate at the time was Lou Torrington (Cockney Torrington), who most likely took this photograph. He is known to have been mate in 1961, so it was taken then or near to it.
The Virginian was built in 1914 by Cochrane and Son's in Selby and was originally called the Prince Palatine, before being renamed Lord Darling and then finally Virginian.
