Got my copy of "Lovely she goes" out, to check a picture I'd put inside ,
It's the Korona of Lerwick landing her record catch of 270 cran of herring , around 1969, as thats when the book was published. Must have been part of a Kelvin advert as she is mentioned to have a 320 shp model T58 diesel in her,

I bought it off Amazon a couple of months ago. Its a good interesting read. No specific type of boats but interesting information & photos on a range of Scottish boats.
On the subject of boat books I had an e-mail from Amazon last week inviting me to pre-order the new Henderson & Drummond book about Nobles of Girvan.
