Its only a low vote because I had only let the poll run for 14 days so its been closed for 16 days Martin its open again for a further 40 days roughly.

I agree that Intrafish should really rethink just what they did with this years book. If you remove all the owners info that just is not needed you free up enough pages to add in most of the under 10m photos that were removed.

I agree about the poor quality of the 2009 edition. Indeed I was so appalled at the cost for what is a fourth publication compared to previous A4 editions I emailed the publishers and told them what I thought. I suggest everyone should also write/email the publishers - the address is on the first page.

It's also a great shame that all the hard work put in by David Linkie has been so systematically ignored and discarded. In addition, the 2009 edition is not as user-friendly as previous editions and lacks much information. I don't know anyone who has a good word to say for this new edition.

Seen the ones on Amazon but they always seem to be unavailable. Just have to keep an eye out on Ebay!

    Question

Is there a 2010 edition? If so is it the same, better or worse?

Keep an eye on www.abebooks.co.uk, they have a couple of copies on there at the moment, I have used this site many times and they have loads of other books on trawlers, some of their books are really cheap.

If any one wants to sell any early 90's editions,
I'd be intersted in buying them.
