Is this the boat that was owned by a French maritime museum? Think she was probably the last fishing boat built at the Cockenzie yard before Wm Weatherheads went bust in 1953.

Looking in a couple of old almanacks, I can confirm that both walter Paton and Kendale had the same Official number, this being 148808. All listings (1948, 1956, 1961) say she was built at Aberdeen...

Twilight Star was built by Dawsons of Seahouses in 1959 for local men Doug hall and George Avery as a potter, 36 ft, Gardner 60 hp, 5LW. Have a pic of her awaiting launching, if you want it.
