Waterford /Wexford area is where you need to go for nice scenery and beamers, check Irish holiday sites for a cottage to rent ,

Thanks Tony for the info.
We're probably going to Castletownbere. Nice surrounding there (for my wife:p )
and trawlers for me.

would be worth a visit to Dingle if you are going as far as CTB and have a car. Loads of Spanish and some Irish there very scenic can recommend the Dingle Bay hotel across from the harbour office food good nice rooms. If you are going to venture further north then Ros A Mhíl and Killybegs no beamers but all the RSW fleet will be tied up in Killybegs unless they are gone to Chile. Ros A Mhíl has a big nephrops fishery and a lot of polyvalent vessels.

I've booked a cottage in CTB.
The website says; You can sit outside the cottage and enjoy viewing the fishing trawlers and leisure craft coming and going, the golden sunsets and spectacular sea views. :D :D

So if you see a 6,5 feet guy with a camera in CTB next week.... It's me:p
