I am having a small headache on how you mark the trim for the water line on the Maggie M.

Thanks. Alasdair.

You'll see two measurements on the drawing - at the bow it is 132 mm down from the strake that runs round the top of the hull - or the bottom of the sides of the shelter. ( the join between green and white) - mark that

At the stern the measurement is 37 mm up from the base of the transom.

If you draw a line vertically in the middle of the transom and then another line at right angles to that at the 37 mm level, draw that out to the sides you then have a mark on both sides of the stern.
You can then place your masking tape on each side between the marks - the drawing shows it going in a straight line but I think there needs to be a very (Very) gentle curve down from the stern and then upwards to the bow.

I hope this helps - I can tell you that it is easier to do than describe !!
Best wishes
